The over-achieving web design company was forced to cease operations in 2006-07 due to internal struggles to take over the company last year. A buy-out deal was arranged with WDS’ ownership group giving back 85% stock ownership and 100% portfolio rights to the company’s original Founder on Monday. “I started this company with the shirt off my back and I wasn’t just going to lay down and give it up, this is a fresh start for this company i’m excited to be back at the helm”
